How to Report a Repair

Nicholson Lettings use Fix Flo to report maintenance and repairs.

Fix Flo is an online system that helps your landlord to receive as much information as possible that in order to understand your problem. It also allows you to upload photos of your problem that may help contractors to bring the right tools and equipment to fix your maintenance issue on the first visit reducing any inconvenience you may experience. It also allows your to track the progress of your repair.

This is the only way you can report repairs, we will not accept any requests for repairs via any other means such as emails, WhatsApp, SMS text message or telephone calls (except in emergencies) will not be actioned.

In the unlikely event of a maintenance emergency or an out-of-hours emergency, please call your landlords out of hours contractor on 07758 666 063.

Examples of possible emergencies include fire alarm activations, water leaks or a broken external door/window.
