Day to Day Enquiries
Our goal is to make our business as efficient and streamlined as possible which will result in improved levels of customer service and prevent you being passed from pillar to post to speak the correct team.
We therefore ask that should you have any enquiries regarding the management of your property, but not maintenance (see below) we would ask that you initially email in your enquiry to email@example.com and then they will arrange for the correct department to contact you. This allows you to be put in contact straight away with the correct person and get the information you need quickly. It also allows management to ensure all enquiries are logged and followed up with our team making sure you are getting the customer service you deserve.

How to Report a Repair
Nicholson Lettings use Fix Flo to report maintenance and repairs.
Fix Flo is an online system that helps us to receive as much information that we need in order to understand your problem. It also allows you to upload photos of your problem that may help our contractors to bring the right tools and equipment to fix your maintenance issue on the first visit reducing any inconvenience you may experience. It also allows your to track the progress of your repair.

This is the only way you can report repairs, we will not accept any requests via any other means such as emails, WhatsApp, SMS text message or telephone calls except in emergencies.

In the unlikely event of a maintenance emergency or an out-of-hours emergency, please call 07758 666 063.
Examples of possible emergencies include fire alarm activations, water leaks or a broken external door/window.
