A Nicholson decorator will attend your apartment for one standard working day and refresh the priority areas agreed with you in advance. This can include re-glossing areas that are showing signs of wear and rolling identified sections of walls that require refreshing.

Following your purchase, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date, confirm access and agree which areas should be prioritised.

The £250.00 price covers one decorator for one working day and the work that can reasonably be completed during that visit. This is a refresh service rather than a full redecoration. Extensive preparation, plaster repairs, stain treatment, wallpapering, colour changes and complete room redecoration are excluded unless separately agreed and quoted.

Please ensure that furniture and personal belongings are moved away from the agreed working areas before the decorator arrives.
