Nicholson Group was established in 2008 after identifying a need for a client-centric agency that could cope with the demands and strains of a large scale portfolio whilst also catering for the needs of discerning residents.

Nicholson Lettings has a varied portfolio of properties across the North West covering Liverpool to St Helens. Our portfolio crosses many sectors from storage and retail to residential and student properties.

We also recognise that busy professionals don't always have the time to attend and arrange viewings so we have adopted an online e-commerce approach to our lettings.

Our attention to detail and focus on the client experience has seen the team awarded a variety of accolades and featured in various well known publications.
