Founder & CEO
Paul during his career as a solicitor in a large international practice, started his journey as a landlord in 2008. Starting out from terraced houses expanded his portfolio to apartment blocks and today spearheading the regeneration of a town centre.
Paul deals with finance, marketing, ensuring the current projects are successfully delivered and finding new opportunities to expand the portfolio.
Head of Lettings
Kristina started her career in sales at a multi-national brand and now heads up the Lettings Team, dealing with new enquiries and seeing applicants through to securing their new home.
Head of Construction
Gareth is an experienced site manager having delivered several schemes for Nicholson Group.
Gareth ensures time lines and budgets are adhered to alongside meticulous attention to detail to deliver unrivalled quality.
Senior Property Manager
Calum is an experienced property manager with a wealth of industry experience in the fast paced property industry.
Calum heads up the St Helens office of Nicholson Group overseeing day today operations.
Lead Joiner & Supervisor
John is an experienced joiner and can work to a hectic timescale at the same time as offering an unrivalled product.
John has worked for some national developers and understand every element of new build projects and assists in pulling the various trades and team members together to create a luxury finish on time and budget.
Richard is an experienced Maintenance engineer and has experience in coping with the demands of large portfolios.
He is a true multi-skilled operative having a wide ranging skillset to be able to effectively deal with any repairs he attends.
He has a strong work ethic, dependable and well organised so he is able to deploy his team so repairs are dealt with on the first occasion.
He has many years of industry experience and held the position of directorship.
Sabrina Young & Iggy Smith
Sabrina & Iggy are experienced cleaners with a first class attention to detail having previously worked in the hospital and leisure sector coping with the demands of a leisure centre and hotel.
Void Property Operative
Matty is tasked with preparing all our properties ready for the next discerning resident.
Matty is responsible for ensuring the 3 interval checks all meet the highest standards before our in-house cleaner gives the property the finishing touches.
Matty is the longest serving member of the team and understands all our properties like the back of his hand.
Head of Marketing & IT
Callum is responsible for attracting eye balls to our latest projects and offerings. He arranges the trendy graphics and marketing campaigns dreamt up by the team.
Hs is responsible for ensuring the team and systems are functioning so the team and projects are always connected and updates can be seen with he click of a button.
Carl has amassed a great deal of experience and knowledge working within the reactive maintenance and programmed maintenance realm of the property sector.
Having spent years working as a damp expert, a reactive engineer to the likes of Whitegates and spearheading the Hilton Doubletree maintenance efforts he is well averse with providing a client-centric service.
He is well organised and keeps the stock control inventory in order to ensure fast effective deployment of materials to fix repairs on the first visit.
Administration & Referencing
Jack plays a pivotal role in keeping the operations of the company moving swiftly. from processing new clients and preparing the contractual paperwork to also ensuring the organisation and preparation of the maintenance diary.
Security & Close Protection
Ivo has a wealth of experience in security having deployed his expertise in the army and for international politicians.
He is heavily trained in surveillance and helps the team and our sites remain secure and safe at all times.
