If you could please answer the following questions we will then be able to revert to you with our acceptance:

 

1. Type of animal

2. Bread

3. Age

4. Attach a picture

5. Confirmation that the pet is house trained

6. Will it be left on its own during the day?

 

Once we have this information we can present it to the landlord as to whether it is acceptable and if so (1) whether a deposit will be required and (2) how often we may need to conduct inspections.
